Alcoholic Beverages: We do not have a liquor license (and do not want one!)

Cancellations: We strictly adhere to a 72 hour cancellation policy due to the number of rooms and high demand. 

Check In Time: Our normal check in time is 3 pm. But if you need to arrive early, we can accommodate your luggage if the room is not ready.  Just let us know.

Check out time:  11 am.  If we do not have a guest waiting for your room, we can extend that time.

Children: Due to the pool and grandmother’s antiques we ask that all guests be at least 14 years of age. Children under age 14 are only allowed with prior approval.

Deposits: All reservations are confirmed with one’s stay and are held with a major credit card.

Dogs: Pets are not allowed inside the home. We do offer horse boarding and sometimes can accommodate your pet in an outdoor kennel at our barn.

Non-smoking areas: Because we are a historic home, we allow no smoking inside. Smoking is allowed outside, including at poolside and on the porches. 

Parking: Please do not park on the street directly in front of the home.  It is much too busy.  There is a front brick drive and parking on the side.  A staff person or ourselves will assist you in the best parking place for you during your visit.
